Action planThe Single Union of Workers at the Service of the Cajeme City Council, adopts the following action plan:I.
They will defend by all the legal means at their disposal the rights of the workers members of the union in the terms of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, Federal Labor Law, Law no.
40 of the civil service for the state of sonora and complementary laws that support in a supplementary way.II.
It will fight tenaciously to achieve economic improvement for the workers of the municipality of Cajeme, Sonora, by raising wages and obtaining higher benefits and better working conditions.III.
It will fight to eliminate the work systems that annihilate the physical and mental forces of the worker or that imply an unfair distribution of labor.IV.
It will fight because its members who meet the requirements of responsibility and professional, technical or administrative capacity, are preferred by the municipality, to occupy the best paid existing or newly created positions and to be appointed to fill employment of trust.V.
Fight for the comprehensive resolution of the housing problem faced by workers through the acquisition of houses or land to build the employees colony, giving preference to those who lack it.SAW.
It will fight to reduce the cost of subsistence by establishing stores or consumer cooperatives, where workers can purchase their basic necessities at affordable prices.VII.
He will fight for the group of workers to be incorporated into the payroll of municipal personnel.VIII.
It will respect the ideological differences of its members that refer or refer to religious, political or social aspects as long as they do not endanger the integrity of the union.
